Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup, which can occur as a natural result of the shipping process, are not grounds for replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process.

We do not accept any refund's, cancelations or returns after your order has been placed as you are ordering a custom product made specifically for you

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and work has begun, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Order Accuracy

We encourage customers to double-check all custom details before submitting their order. We create your product based on the information provided at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or repair at our discretion. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) will be required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
